A late Victorian silver and gold old-cut diamond star brooch.
Estimated total diamond weight 1.20cts, G-J colour, SI1-P1 clarity.

Scratches and small marks. Varied discolouration.
Later plated in white metal.
Later safety chain.
Brooch fitting unscrews. Hook fitting to support a surmount (no surmount sold with lot).
Diamonds appear fairly bright and well matched.
Two diamond point spacers deficient.
