Lot Description
A Victorian gold reverse-carved and painted monogram rock crystal heart locket, with rose-cut diamond and split pearl surround.
Length 2.8cms. 3.9gms.

Condition Report
Surface scratches and minor marks.
General discolouration.
Diamonds appear bright and well matched.
Cut, size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate weight, colour and clarity assessment.
One diamond chipped at a claw.
Locket contains a lock of hair.
Rock crystal shows glue to the surface at the edges, hair is protruding from one edge of the rock crystal.
Monogram possibly CSB.
Split pearls variously discoloured and worn, one cracked.
