A foil back garnet and rose-cut diamond spider brooch.

Condition Report
Surface scratches and minor marks. General discolouration.
Presumed replacement brooch fitting, fittings unscrew.
Abdomen possibly re-set, slight discolouration possible soft solder at the join.
Diamonds appear bright and well matched.
Cut, size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate weight, colour and clarity assessment.
Gems are in closed, foil back settings.
Garnet appears a deep red.
The garnet shows faint, unfocused asterism under strong light.
Moderate abrasion.
