Surface scratches and minor marks.
General noticeable discolouration. 
Diamonds appear bright and well matched.
Cut, size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate weight, colour and clarity assessment. 
Five diamonds with small chip/nicks to edge.
Pearls untested for natural origin. 
Pearl to centre is drilled, small damages at drill hole.
One seed pearl presumed replacement, only partially drilled. 
Glue visible to mounts.
