A 1970s 18ct gold freeform opal and brilliant-cut diamond pendant, on chain, by David Deakin. 

Estimated total diamond weight 0.25ct, G-H colour, VS clarity. 
Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1973. 
Length of pendant 5.6cms. Length of chain 60cms. 26.2gms.
