Lot Description

A 19th century silver and gold graduated bouton-shape pearl and ruby triple cluster ring, with thistle shoulders.

Pearl estimated diameter 10.2 to 6.5mms.
Ring size P. 7.5gms.
Pearls untested for natural colour origin.

General noticeable tarnish/discolouration.
Pearls untested for natural origin.
Pearls are a silvery white, one discoloured brownish with cracks visible.
Rubies appear a fairly well matched pinkish red. Two probable replacement gems, illfitting to the mounts, one red gem does not fluoresce.
Length of ring head 3cms.
