A Georgian gold turquoise heart-shape locket memorial ring, inscribed to the reverse 'Owen Hodges, Born 24 June, 1821, died 12 Jan 1822'.

Surface scratches and minor marks.
Band resized, minor marks to the back of the band.

Engraved inscription is slightly worn, last date may possibly read 1823.
Woven lock of hair beneath the glass.
Turquoise shows a slightly mottled medium blue, minimal traces of matrix mottled into green.
Length of ring head 0.9cm.
