A rose-cut diamond and red gem dress ring, stamped 18CT, ring size L1/2, 2.2gm.

Ring (1.7gm) - significant thinning to band and gallery.
Claws are variously worn, in need of attention.
Both rings - diamonds appear relatively well matched.
