- Reads: Vermillion, Sap Green, Verditer, Yellw Ocre, Bt Umber, R. Ta Siena, Lt Red, Bruns Ord, Crimn Lake, Van Brown, Gamboge, Bn Blue, le Black, Chr Yellow, Ultramarine, Grn Bice, Bt Ta Siena and Or Lead
- Paintblocks appear mainly complete, but there are some nibbles and uneven edges
- Some minor scuffs and marks to the case
- Stray black rectangular block with Chinese characters and a slight gilt tinge
- Paper label to the cover has some annotations in pencil including W. Turnham 1866
- Tear to the paper label on the base
- Most have Imperial London Made Water Colour to the reverse
