Noticeable discolourations.
Brooch fittings hinge and unscrew, hinged surmount loop.
Diamonds appear relatively bright, one nicked at the girdle.
Synthetic rubies appear fairly well matched, some loose, may require attention.
Moonstone shows good bluish white adularescence.
