Surface scratches and minor marks.
Possible alteration repair to fittings, discolouration visible around hinge and to reverse of two leaves.
Signature to stem is very worn, only 'M - LE CAIRE.' visible.
Diamonds appear bright and well matched.
Few diamonds appear H-I colour.
Few diamonds appear SI or P1 clarity.
Sapphires appear a well matched deep medium to deep blue. Slight abrasions.
