Cut, size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate weight, colour and clarity assessment.

Five diamonds nicked/chipped.
One replacement old-cut diamond. 
One imitation split pearl replacement, glue visible.
Sapphire appears a medium blue. 
Sapphire calculated weight 0.44ct, based on estimated dimensions of 5 by 4.2 by 2.5mms.
