19th century gold split pearl and turquoise ring

Surface scratches and minor marks.
Probable replacement band, later base plate to the reverse of the split pearl.
Band resized, discolouration to the back of the band. 
Split pearl appears a cream hue, noticeable wear to outer layers.
Turquoise appear a light medium blue through medium blue, slight green discolouration. 
Diameter of ring head 1.1cms.
