Condition Report
The box displays general wear and surface marks and scratches commensurate with the age and use. There are also some minor nicks in the metal. The decoration is generally okay with just some slight loss of detail in places and there is a little bit more wear to the four corners. There are some contact marks to the gilded interior, which also appears to be a little faded. The hinge and clasp are in good working order. Hallmarks are slightly rubbed but still legible.
