Lot Description

A late Victorian jet locket, circa 1880. Of oval-shape outline, the central monogram within a foliate surround to the plain surmount and black ribbon. Length 7.5cms. See Plate 5.

The locket is in overall good condition. Both inner panels are present. Light scratches and scuffs can be seen, general wear. A small amount of glue residue can be seen to the circular jump ring connecting the suspender.
