Lot Description

A Swedish ladle having a wide conical shape bowl with hammered surface and applied tapering stem, and a small Swedish bucket form dish, also with hammered finish. Both struck with the Swedish National mark of three crowns, the Silver Standard mark and City mark G for Gäfle, also date marks for 1962 and 1963.  Length of ladle 9 1/4 inches (23.5 cm), height of bucket 4 1/2 inches (11.5 cm), combined weight 10.53 ozt (327.8 grams). Both pieces display general surface scratches, marks and wear commensurate with the age and use.  Both are heavily tarnished and would benefit from a clean and polish.  Heavier scratches, marks and little nicks are visible to some areas.  The marks are clear and legible, both also have a signature mark.
