An early to mid 19th century surgical trephine set
Comprising an ebony handle, two trephines, Hey saw, lenticular, skull forceps and elevator, ivory brush, and a tortoiseshell razor, the latter stamped to the blade RYLEY 4 DUKE ST, in a fitted case with mahogany-veneered hinged cover, 8.25" x 6.25" x 1.5" high, (21cm x 16cm x 4cm).
