Lot Description

An early twentieth century silver mounted epergne, the circular loaded foot rising to the tapered stem supporting two scrolling branches and three pierced baskets. Hallmarked Alexander Clark & Co Ltd, Birmingham 1911. Height measuring 7 3/4 inches (20 cm).

In good overall condition. Some discolouration to the silver would benefit from a clean and polish. Displaying general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing. The main central basket does not quite sit flush. Hallmarks are clear and legible.
