Lot Description

A porcelain scent bottle of cylindrical form with painted flowers and floral sprigs, having a glass stopper and metal mounts with hinged lid. Height measuring 6.5 cm.

The bottle displays some general wear, surface marks and scratches. Some rubbing and small losses to decoration, especially gilt edges and detailing. Two small holes to shoulder on one side, possibly from the firing. Hinged lid in good working order, small dent to one side. Glass stopper appears jammed in position, minor edge nibbles.
