In varied state, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. No personal engravings to the cartouches on the cased spoons and sugar tongs, the fitted case shuts securely, minor discolouration to the top of the case, the base appears to have some water damage and a noticeable split to the wood. The vesta case is engraved with a monogram of 'RJW?', the striker is worn, with minor bumps and dents. Engraved initials to the skewer like item. Significant chips and losses to the enamelled hand mirrors. Majority of hallmarks clear and legible.
