A 1920's silver jug, of plain bellied form with ring handle, raised upon a circular reeded base. Hallmarked S Blanckensee & Son Ltd., Chester 1926. Height measuring 4 inches (10 cm), weight 9.4 ozt (294.5 grams).

In good condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Evidence of an inscription beneath the base, now very worn and faint. Hallmarks slightly worn but still legible.
