Lot Description
A 1930's silver mounted table cigarette box of plain rectangular form, the hinged lid with engine-turned decoration surrounding a central vacant name panel and opening to a wood lined interior with single divider panel. Hallmarked Charles S Green & Co Ltd., Birmingham 1935. Length measuring 7 inches (17.8 cm).

Condition Report
The box appears in fair to good overall condition, displaying some general surface wear, marks and scratches commensurate with age and use. Also some tarnishing. Surface nicks and minor dints are visible, especially to corners and edges. In one corner of the lid the silver mount is lifting very slightly from the wood. Mount also lifting very slightly to one area of base rim. Hinged lid appears in good working order and closes well. Hallmarks are well rubbed but still legible.
