Lot Description
A Sampson Mordan combination pencil, of plain cylindrical form with suspension loop terminal and three retractable pencils, the push sliders with red, blue and black enamelled decoration. Marked S. Mordan & Co Sterling silver. Maximum length when extended inclusive of the loop 4 1/2 inches (11.5 cm).

Condition Report
In fair to good condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The retractable sliding function appears in working order, one of the pencils appears to be missing a component when extended, the enamelled decoration probably denoting the different coloured pencils.
