A William IV silver pendant vinaigrette, of circular form with chased foliate-scroll border and loop attachment, with engine-turned decoration to top and base, and hinge opening to a silver-gilt interior and grille pierced with vase of flowers and foliage. Hallmarked Gervase Wheeler, Birmingham 1835. Diameter 3cm, gross weight 16.4 grams.

<li>Appears in fairly good overall condition, displaying some light surface wear, marks and scratches.
<li>Some light surface rubbing and slight flattening to areas of chased and engine-turned decoration but overall in good order.
<li>Hinges to lid and grille all appear in working order and close securely.
<li>Residues of dirt and previous polish, darker spots of tarnishing visible to interior and to grille.
<li>There is a sponge present but it is in a stained, hardened and well used state.
<li>Hallmarks located to interior, some rubbing/distortion but still legible.
