A William IV silver vinaigrette, the small and rounded rectangular form with stippled and punch-work borders enclosing floral motifs, and hinge opening to a foliate-scroll engraved pierced grille, hallmarked Francis Clark, Birmingham 1832, length 2.2cm. Together with an early Victorian example of similar form, with engraved foliate decoration, and simple drill pierced plain grille, hallmarked William Simpson, Birmingham 1839, length 2.3cm.
