  • Displaying some general surface wear, marks and scratches.
  • Some fairly heavy tarnishing all over and a darker patch to the base.
  • A few minor nicks and dints, especially around edges and corners.
  • Heavier surface wear and rubbing to areas of the decoration causing some loss of detail.
  • Hinge pin protruding a little on one side, lid closes securely but does rise up again a little bit.
  • Grille shows some surface damage around the hinge and it is quite stiff to open and close, further surface damage to reverse of grille; mainly flaking, bobbly surface and pitting.
  • Hallmarks located to interior, a little rubbing and distortion but all still legible; grille appears unmarked.
  • Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
