88th Regiment Order of Merit, 3rd Class with six general actions. Awarded to John Tumond of the 88th Regiment of Foot (Connaught Rangers). Hibernia seated with Celtic harp, outstretched arm offering wreath / 88 above ORTHES, TOULOUSE, FUENTES D'ONOR, PYRENEES, NIVELLE, NIVE, all within laurel wreath. Edge inscription: JOHN TUMOND either side of suspension clasp. 10.42g, 130mm inc. ribbon.
